There’s something that seems both grounding and uplifting in Anna Ancher’s paintings, the way she captures sunlight falling across a room, women at work doing everyday tasks, small moments filled with colour. Until last month I had never even heard of Anna Ancher, until Dulwich Picture Gallery got in touch with me.

For the third edition of My Life In Plants I am so excited to feature Emma Angus who runs WilderBlooms - Sustainable floristry. WilderBlooms is a small flower farm and online florist based in beautiful Ayrshire on the west coast of Scotland. Emma specialises in 100% British grown flowers in biodegradable packaging. Custom orders, wedding and events floristry are also available on request.

For the second edition of My Life in Plants I feel very privileged to feature Sam, the talented regenerative grower & owner of ME13 Market Garden. Based in Selling, Sam's market garden is truly inspirational, on an acre plot with no dig beds & a polytunnel he grows a huge variety of crops which he harvests & sells to the local community at Faversham market
