Shipping policy

I post nationwide to all UK addresses and aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2–3 working days.

I offer a range of postage options to suit your budget. All Botanical Soap Club subscriptions include FREE UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) and remain the most economical way to shop Bohemia & Flower products.

For all other orders, you can choose between:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – £3.50
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – £5.00

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Every order is packed by hand in my Kent studio using recyclable and home-compostable cardboard packaging with no plastic.

If you’re sending a gift directly to a loved one, you can add a botanical gift card (£1.50) and personal message at checkout. Your message will be handwritten and included with your order.
