Refund policy

At Bohemia & Flower I am fully committed to my customers and want you to truly enjoy the products I make.

If there is a problem with your order, or if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email me as soon as possible at katy@bohemiaandflower.co.uk and I’ll do my best to put things right.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it and include photographs where possible.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact me by email within this period if you wish to cancel. Items should then be returned within 14 days of notifying me.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

To help ensure messages don’t get missed, I am only able to process returns and refund requests via email. I do not process returns through Instagram, Facebook or other social media messaging platforms.
